    The American Hotel & Lodging Association Foundation has pledged $5 million commitment towards building diversity and inclusion within the hotel industry. AHLAF is planning to execute a five year plan that includes leadership academy focused on increasing executive level membership, cross industry mentorships, attract diverse talent, and implementing metricts to create transparency to hold the industry accountable.
