    The SARD Policy Brief describes the problem that sub-Saharan Africa faces with their increasing population and decreasing food production. The brief presents actions that need to be taken in order to improve Africa's situation. While recognizing the need for a policy that will respond to the growing food demand, the authors understand and address the issues that will need to be taken into consideration.
