Abstract
Glass jars from an LD50 Demo Kit that contain salt to represent a dry formulated pesticide. These jars visually represents an oral LD50 of 5000mg/kg for a 160 lb adult (left) and a 55 lb child (right), which would have a signal word of Caution. These LD50 toxicity levels are categorized as Slightly Toxic and Hazard Class III.
