External Evaluation Panel (EEP) site visits (1999-2001) are listed as are general findings based on the landscape/lifescape-effective research and planning concept. Decision support tools and process are described. Achievements and needs are listed for the Andes, Southeast Asia and West Africa projects. Goals for the remaining two years of the project are enumerated.
