    Charcoal marketing in Nakasongola District, Uganda

    Abstract
    Charcoal is one of the only sources of cash income for rural households. Charcoal from a central forest reserve, which parastal owned and managed, where there is a lot of legal and illegal charcoal production. In the picture, the charcoal is covered with grass to protect it from rain. This shows the use of common pool resources.
