    Abstract
    Alpha Gamma Rho (AGR) is a fraternal organization for those interested in all forms of agriculture. The Virginia Tech Chapter resides in a historic home surrounded by 6 acres of land on the western side of US 460. The proposed structure will have a responsibility to the programmatic needs and general budgetary limits of the AGR organization, a responsibility to the heritage of the historical site, a responsibility to the local viewsheds from surrounding roads, and to Blacksburg town regulations.
