Promoting Educators’ Cultural Competence To Better Serve Culturally Diverse Students

This report argues that educators with the skills, knowledge, and attitudes to value the diversity among students will contribute to an educational system designed to serve all diverse students well. In this context, the report provides recommendations to promote the recruitment of educators who are culturally competent to better serve diverse students.
