This guide will provide a process for gathering stakeholders using the Community Capitals Framework. The Community Capitals represent seven diverse areas in which a community has assets and can make investments for future growth. The capitals served as a framework for the research behind this guide and will be used throughout as a framework for stakeholder identification and asset mapping.
