dc.description.abstractThis report presents the findings of 35 interviews to senior level women leaders in higher education about their journey to the top and their experience of being a leader. In an era in which higher education needs a larger and more diverse cadre of leaders to face the challenges ahead, the findings indicate grounds for optimism and provide insight into how to better support women throughout their leadership journey.en
