The Regulation of Higher Education

The UK offers a particularly interesting case for the study of higher education and its regulation. One key challenge has been the growing diversity across the different countries that form the UK, not just in terms of tuition fee regimes. In this context, this article offers a brief introductory comparison of regulatory developments in the higher education system.
