dc.description.abstractAlthough the COVID-19 pandemic hit many CVBs and almost every city hard when it came to tourism, Visit Phoenix has noted the increased development of their city since the beginning on the pandemic. Phoenix has opened more than 100 new drinking and dining options since the start of the pandemic. Additionally, Phoniex has added roughly 1,900 hotel rooms as the Phoniex Convention Center gears up to host it's first large meeting in June.en
