dc.description.abstractThis study compares the effects of four tillage systems on tillage erosion (downslope soil translocation): moldboard plough versus ridge tillage combined with an open field or contour natural grass barrier strips. The results show that both ridge tillage and the grass barrier strips significantly reduce soil loss.en
