This article describes the challenge of restaurant owners about getting back their employees to work for several reasons after the breakout of Covid-19. Though restaurants reopen, its employees are still hesitant to get back due to extra checks for unemployment and health safety concerns. Also if employers don't prepare enough for the health safety to mitigate any contractions from the virus, it would also violate federal, state, or local laws. Therefore the employer should consider and review the guideline balancing their business needs with the rights of employees in terms of state and federal law.en
