The Global Tower of Babel is such a formidable obstacle in achieving sustainable use of the planet that the barriers must be diminished. However, if a global consensus can be reached and compatible eco-ethics and sustainability ethics can be established, humankind may have a chance at achieving sustainability despite its cultural diversity.	en
