| dc.description.abstract | The need for high-technology on housekeeping is getting bigger after hotel companies realized the cleaning and sanitization processes need to be strengthened against the pandemic. Big hotel brands like Hilton, use the application to see whether guests want the housekeeping during their stay since the housekeeping is not essential anymore. Even Hilton started to use the additional app for housekeeping staff to keep track of records of cleaning guests' rooms. Though it is possible to invest their budget for technology for major hotel companies, it might be hard for independent hotels.
