dc.description.abstractAlnoor Ebrahim, assistant professor of urban affairs and planning at Virginia Tech's Washington-Alexandria Architecture Center in Alexandria, Va., will be awarded the 2003 "Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Quarterly" Article Award from the Association for Research on Nonprofit Organizations and Voluntary Action at their annual conference in Colorado on Nov. 21. He was one of two recipients of this award and wins a $500 cash prize for his article, "Information Struggles: The Role of Information in the Reproduction of Non-Governmental Organization-Funder Relationships" published in 2002.en
