dc.description.abstractThe article explains how the NBA set up their resuming this season in the controlled environment with the virtual fan experiences to engage actively from home. NBA created the 'Orlando bubble' during the season that keeps players and all media and staffs in the area requiring the quarantine if someone wants to go in the bubble. However, for audiences, the NBA made it possible to see and communicate with players in real-time not only audiences can their play online, but also players could see their audience watching the game and cheering.en
