Hospitality companies across the globe experienced severe reduction in its labour strength. In spite of this, The hospitality industry still remains a wonderful multicultural place to work with so much room for improvement in terms of diversity in recruitment.	en
dc.description.notes	To ensure equality and best practice in the workforce, HR practices should have recuitment goals which encourages diversity & inclusion. In addition other activities such as Keeping employees engaged, staff training, provision of mental health support to employees especially during the pandemic also helped in staff productivity post covid.	en
