The Florida Tax Credit (FTC) scholarship program, which provides private school scholarships to more than 100,000 low-income students annually, is the largest program of its kind in the country. This report expands on and updates the prior study in two important ways. First, whereas the prior study used enrollment data only from public colleges in Florida, this update draws on National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) data covering almost all US colleges (including private and out-of-state colleges). Second, this report includes college enrollment data through 2018 (rather than 2016), which allows to include additional students.en
