Abstract
Scott M. Coblentz, of Roanoke, Va., is the recipient of Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business' Outstanding Senior Award for the 2003-2004 academic year. He is completing a degree in finance and is ranked first in his graduating class with a GPA of 4.0.
