The initiative is focused on diversifying the industry and giving individuals an opportunity to get their start through mentorships and assistantship positions. Additionally, Destinations International has launched a roadmap towards inclusive marketing strategies throughout the United States. The push towards Diversity & Inclusion comes at a time when the industry is rebuilding from the pandemic, giving the industry the perfect opportunity to re-evaluate and improve their previous position surrounding Diversity & Inclusion.	en
