dc.description.abstractThis report is in a series of reports issuing from the Rural Senegalese NRM KAP Study Design: 1996-2001 (Moore and Thiongane, SAR No. 6, Annex II, February 1996) and has been based on the collaboration of a Senegalese consulting firm and an American rural sociologist. This collaborative effort was designed to collect relevant data and provide informed analyses of the perceptions and practices of natural resource managers in the six eco-geographic zones of Senegal. This report represents the culmination of the first data collection and compilation phase.en
