dc.description.abstract | As the research shows that Green HRM has a significant relation with the environmental performance of employees at the hotel, it is implied to the hoteliers to execute and promote environment behaviors to their operational part. Also, it is encouraged for hotels to hire a person who is positive for environmental sustainability by modifying their hire policy. Promoting environment concerns at work would make managers get positive results about the environment. Politically, it is also suggested to enhance the person in charge by focusing on and implementing GHRM practices. Also, the company can develop green manuals and make employees devote towards the green management system. | en |
