Castell Project Releases 2021 Report on Women Leaders in Hospitality

Although the pandemic escalated to new heights during the COVID-19 pandemic, industry leaders understand that this does not mean we have to go back to the way things were pre-pandemic. The Castell Project highlighted for everyone one women at the executive level, there are 5.9 men already there. The industry has a massive task ahead of them to build the industry back, but focusing on building a more diverse industry will only more women and minorities further.
