Preventing Secondary Injuries in Agricultural Workplaces

Abstract

Existing disabilities and other age-related conditions are considered primary injuries. When agricultural workers with these limitations engage in dangerous and physically demanding farming activities, there is potential for secondary injuries. This publication informs farmers with primary injuries how to prevent secondary injuries.
