Abstract
Gilda Perez-Alvarado, global CEO of JLL Hotels & Hospitality, is the recipient of the second annual Castell Award. This award seeks to honor women in the hospitality industry who embody the criteria of being a: change-maker, trailblazer, champion, and principled professional. These attributes are described slightly more detail in the article. Many commended Perez-Alvarado on her accomplishments, including Peggy Berg, the Castell Project’s president, and founder.
