University celebrates 3 millionth rider with Blacksburg Transit

As students unloaded the Tom's Creek bus along the Drillfield on the morning of Tuesday, April 27, each student was handed an envelope. Inside one was a special ticket recognizing the recipient as the honorary 3 millionth Blacksburg Transit rider for the year.
