New director of Judicial Affairs appointed

Virginia Tech's Office of Student Programs announces the appointment of Frances Keene, of Christiansburg, Va., as the director of Judicial Affairs. Previously the assistant director of Judicial Affairs, Keene has served for the past year as acting director.
