Hilton topped the charts with the third spot, where Marriott, Hyatt, and Kimpton went 15-17 respectively. Being names within the top places to work is a testament to the hotel and hospitality's industry to not only provide the best experiences for their guest, but to treat each other with the same respect and compassion they show their guests. Throughout the pandemic, the hotels stayed at their employees' side by offering furloughed employees the opportunity to stay on insurance plans, while executives took zero salary.en
