First, panels said that they invested most of their time to have better communication with customers and prospects with virtual tools. Secondly, they answered that they are finding every way to create efficiencies from every part of their job using technologies such as using AI to take some repeatable tasks, building a relationship with help of technologies, and evaluating their partnership, and looking for new partners that can help to enhance efficiency with their technology. Lastly, they started realizing that the hybrid format of events will be the standard in the future, so they need to figure out how to manage the meeting if their customers wants the format.en
