| dc.description.abstract | Information Technology provides enterprise services that are critical to the successful operation of the university, including many ongoing services and, each year, a select number of new services as additions or replacements. The Strategic Plan focuses on effectiveness of the service portfolio through 2018. The Strategic Plan takes more definitive shape through the Operational Plan for 2014-2016, and this annual report provides an opportunity to reflect on the work of the past year, and to assess our progress toward the goals and objectives of the Operational Plan. | en |
