How well the immune system works depends on many things including what we choose to eat, how physically active we are, if we get enough sleep, and how we manage the stress in our lives. As for eating, fruits and vegetables of all kinds, eating foods rich in protein, foods with vitamin D, and fermented foods with probiotics, all protects immune system
