Dr. Kent C. Roberts, of Williamsburg, Va., was presented with the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine's most prestigious honor, the John N. Dalton Award, during the college's 2009 commencement ceremonies at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg.
