Computer-based interactive simulations incorporate educational tools to satisfy the needs and level of learning of the viewer. Research have found that interactive instruction for individuals and communities improves efficiency, and learner motivation. Despite the cost, some hospitality-education programs are effectively using immersive technology to train students in hygiene, front desk procedures, and travel and tourism related marketing strategy. Multimedia preparation combines the most popular training programs with peer-group sessions, question-and-answer opportunities with a teacher, and manuals and work-books that trainees can take home.en
