This guide is directed toward school counselors and students advocates, but primarily towards the undocumented youth in Georgia high schools who desperately seek a college education. There is a huge misconception that students who are undocumented or have not resolved their immigration status cannot attend college. This is not true. A large number of undocumented high school students graduate each year, but only a select few continue their education in college. This guide illuminates a route for teachers, students and counselors. By providing information on the college application process, scholarships and other types of financial aid, the author aims among other things, to answer student’s most pressing questions.en
