Administrators’ Perspectives of Diversity: An Examination of the University of Florida

The issue of successful diversity management is a particular concern now because of demographic changes. This research documents how University of Florida's administrators have struggled with the challenge of student diversity in recent years and makes suggestions about how administrators could improve their interaction from this experience.
