| dc.description.abstract | The 2025 - 2027 VTNSI Strategic Plan serves as a critical catalyst for advancing the Institute by fostering a clear, unified direction that aligns with our mission, vision, and values with the evolving needs of the national security landscape. This plan was developed in an inclusive manner with representation from all levels of VTNSI, to ensure diverse perspectives shape our future and drive innovation in our efforts. Through the establishment of focused and actionable goals, the strategic plan provides a roadmap for sustainable growth; strengthens our partnerships with government, industry, and academia; and positions us as a leader in research and workforce development. Ultimately, this initiative equips us to navigate the evolving landscape of national security to address challenges and seize opportunities, solidifying our role in shaping the future of national security.
