dc.description.abstractThe aviation industry, airlines, in particular, are having difficult times with flight cancellations due to pilot shortages, Covid issues, and 5G transmission concerns. Now another challenge is the shortage of maintenance workers that has repair shops struggling to fill open positions. These issues and concerns are poised to create more disruptions to airline schedules including delays, cancellations, and fewer aircraft in operation.en
