dc.description.abstractThe Virginia Tech Chapter of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi has elected 798 seniors and graduate students to its membership, which is based on superior scholarship and good character, and will initiate the new members on Dec. 5. Only seniors ranking in the top 10 percent of their class and graduate students ranking in the top 10 percent of candidates for a graduate degree are considered for membership.en
