dc.description.abstract | As attendees and planners start to make their way back to in-person events after over a year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, planners need to take into consideration alternative attendee needs than just content related. PCMA suggests allowing more time within the schedule to network and fostering the networking environment with a community space. Additionally, letting committee members attend as attendees rather than exclusive events throughout the course of the meting. Lastly, PCMA experts suggest restructuring the main stage by throwing out the rule book to possibly offer sessions at different times within the schedule than previously posted. | en |
