dc.description.abstract	A green New Pig Rapid Response Drain Blocker is placed over top of a stormwater drain to prevent chemicals from spilling into water sources. There is a nearby warning placard that reads "NO DUMPING DRAINS TO STROUBLES CREEK". In one shot a liquid can be seen flowing across the asphalt into the top corner of the spill control device.	en
