Abstract
This article introduces three ghost restaurants in D.C that serve Philly Cheesesteak. Through the platform of Ghost kitchen, which serves new menus via pick-up or delivery using existing restaurant license and infrastructure mostly in order to examine their new dish or repackage their current menu.
