dc.description.abstract | PCMA conducted a survey with 4,500 Generation Z participants. The finds were not surprising, given the age range of Gen Z, but also interesting. Gen Z currently use live events to network, enhance their skillset, network, and discover new opportunities to further their careers. However, many survey participants noted the flexibility of having virtual events, but the eagerness to get back to in-person events to solidify personal connection face-to-face. LinkedIn remains the sole technical application that Gen Z uses to communicate with professionals, with Instagram, surprisingly, being a close second. | en |
