Abstract

The purpose of this report is to identify best practices that stakeholders in postsecondary education can put in place to improve retention and completion rates at postsecondary institutions across Minnesota. In doing so, this report will also identify existing barriers students face that potentially prevent them from completing their education. This report recommends that all stakeholders in postsecondary education must share responsibility in order for retention and completion rates to see improvement across the Minnesota state.
