Feasibility and economic analysis for development of a public golf course facility

Abstract

This project attempted to determine the key economic factors involved in the development of public golf course facilities. It was conducted through the study of existing literature, through interviews with professionals involved in the various facets of golf course financing and development, and through the use of surveys to golf course architects, builders, developers, and commercial lenders.
