Abstract
The CEO and president of Hyatt Hotels has announced the companies commitment to double Hyatt's Black representation by doubling it within the next five years. His plan is for the global hotel company to focus on leadership roles and typical management trajectories. These will include Black hotel owners, general managers, and VP level roles as well.
