Abstract
Celia R. Hayhoe of Christiansburg, Va., an Extension specialist and assistant professor in the Department of Apparel, Housing, and Resource Management in the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences at Virginia Tech, has received the 2007 Distinguished Fellow Award from the Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education (AFCPE).
