Virginia Tech students will be participating in the 20th Annual "Broomin' & Bloomin'" countywide clean-up this spring. This event is sponsored by the Montgomery County Improvement Council (MCIC) and will take place on Saturday, April 19 from 7 a.m. - 1 p.m.
