During the American Hotel & Lodging Association's ForWard Thinking webinar series, executive women from AHLA's Board of Directors explained the challenges and adjustments they have faced and made to their work schedules due to COVID-19. The panel noted the strategies that their companies are putting in place to assist overwhelmed staff with their workload. Coping tools from Hyatt, Omni, Choice, and Accor included mental health tool kits, extended PTO, and "do not disturb" days.
