dc.description.abstractGe Wang has been named the Samuel Reynolds Pritchard Professor in the College of Engineering at Virginia Tech by the university's Board of Visitors during its quarterly meeting August 28. Wang, who currently is director of the Center for X-Ray and Optical Tomography in the Department of Radiology at the University of Iowa, will assume the Virginia Tech appointment in November.en
